If you have the appropriate expansions, finding a HP train is way faster then wvw. WVW will take a considerable amount of time as each skirmish chest only holds 6 testimonies. You need 250 HP per elite spec needing 42 skirmish chests per elite spec. That would mean finishing mithril in the reward track.
I would suggest the PoF hero points, most of them are really easy to solo and you get 10 points for each. Many of the HoT hero points are more difficult. But as others have said you can often find trains in LFG. A lot of the EoD hero points you just fly there on your skyscale and commune. vSg1K3Y.
